This program shall be reviewed by the building steering committee in accordance with a time schedule the district has established for their self-study. Periodic review shall take place at least every seven years.
D. an analysis of class size and staffing patterns within the school district; and
E. the development of a plan for program improvement.
If a school does not make substantial progress toward their improvement goals, a "Plan for Improvement" will be developed under the direction of the superintendent/designee. The "Plan for Improvement" may include assistance through flexible resource allocations, assistance with planning, clarity, focus and staff development resources. A school not showing substantial improvement within 12 to 24 months after a "Plan for Improvement" has been put into place may face significant intervention from the district including potentially a complete redesign of their school program and assigned staff.
