Cultural Cuisine Order Form

Instructions (Please read before ordering)

We do require participants to pay for their lunch a day ahead of time for Cultural Cuisine. The actual amount purchased will be the count we will use. Please turn in the money and a list of participating students and adults to the Kitchen Manager at your school a day prior to the event. We will try to accommodate any student who was absent the day money was collected. Please give a list students that are absent on the day of the event to your Kitchen Manager, they will not be charged.

Your meal will be delivered to your school with the lunches, you may pick it up in the kitchen prior to your lunch time.

Please order one week ahead of time. There are no guarantees that the date requested will be available. You will receive conformation by e-mail within 24 hours, if you do not receive conformation please call 945-5555.
