Student-Friendly Grade Level Expectations for Elementary
Linda McLaughlin (Mirror Lake), Holly Gjersee (Star Lake), and Dawn McCaffrey (ESC) have been developing Student-Friendly Grade Level Expectations. With help from Mindy Thompson (Star Lake) and others, the project begins with reading and writing. Mathematics will be added when OSPI has finalized the new state standards for mathematics.

Secondary Book Lists
A list of books with a synopsis of each has been prepared by our Curriculum Department, with the help of middle and high school literature teachers. The list includes all books that secondary students may be assigned to read.
